TCF has a series of brochures for bereaved families and for the people who want to help them. They were written by bereaved parents, siblings, and grandparents.

Grief Resource Materials and Newly Bereaved PacketService

The national office sends bereavement materials and referrals to nearby chapters for people newly grieving a child.

Local Chapter MeetingsService

Local chapters are places where families who lost a child, grandchild, or sibling can meet others who understand. The site has a chapter locator you search by state and zip code.

Newly Bereaved Packet RequestService

The site has a page to request a packet for people who are newly grieving. The pages reviewed do not say what is in the packet or whether it costs anything.

Online Support Community Live ChatsService

TCF runs online 'virtual chapters' through live chat rooms. Adults grieving the death of a child can talk with others who understand.

Private Facebook GroupsService

TCF runs many private Facebook groups, each for a certain kind of loss, such as the loss of an infant, a sibling, or a grandchild, or a loss to suicide. Moderators approve each person who asks to join.

We Need Not Walk Alone MagazineService

This is TCF's national magazine with articles by and for grieving parents, siblings, and grandparents. The Summer 2026 issue and many older issues can be read online or downloaded as PDFs.
