Bereavement (Grief) CounselingService

Support if someone close to you has died or you are adjusting to a hard life change. Families who lost a loved one on active duty can get bereavement counseling and contact information for burial and survivor benefits offices.

Connection to VA and community resourcesService

Staff can link you to partners who help with VA health care enrollment, claims and forms, VA school benefits, and housing and home loans.

Couples & Family CounselingService

Counseling for couples and families as you work toward your goals. Counselors may also teach family members about the Veteran's military-related challenges and readjustment.

Group CounselingService

Support and counseling groups, including OIF/OEF/Gulf War, Vietnam Veteran, women's, and men's PTSD groups, plus anxiety and anger management and a military sexual trauma group. Some groups are for spouses and significant others.

Individual CounselingService

One-on-one private counseling for problems like PTSD, depression, grief, anger, or trauma. Sessions are shaped around your own goals.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST) CounselingService

Counseling for anyone who was sexually assaulted or harassed during military service. Counselors use a trauma-informed approach, and there is also a military sexual trauma group.

Readjustment counselingService

Help for people coming home from military service to move into civilian life. Staff can connect you with school and career counseling, mental health services, and other benefits.
