Bereavement & Grief CounselingService

Support for people dealing with the death of a loved one or a hard life change. Bereavement counseling is for families who lost someone who died while serving on active duty.

Couples and family counselingService

Counseling to help partners and families deal with the effects of military service. Family members can also join your own sessions once or twice.

Individual and group counselingService

Private counseling and group sessions for PTSD, depression, grief, anger, and trauma. Counselors set goals with you and use proven therapies.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST) CounselingService

Counseling for people who were sexually assaulted or harassed during military service. There is also a weekly MST group, currently for women only.

Substance use help and referralService

Staff help people with drinking or drug problems, from unhealthy alcohol use to serious addiction. They connect you to services that fit your needs, often the VA's substance abuse treatment program.

Telehealth counselingService

Private individual or group counseling by phone or video. You can set up a phone or video appointment for Vet Center services.

Transition to civilian life and benefits helpService

Help for people coming home from service. Staff connect you with school and career counseling, mental health care, and VA benefits information, and can link you to a local Veterans Service Officer.
