Men 18 and older. For men ordered by a court to a THOR-approved program, or men who have never done a drug and alcohol treatment program. No sexual or violent battery offenses. Must be tobacco-free before entering. Bring a photo ID, and proof of Covid vaccination or a rapid test result.

Call or email to start. A phone interview comes first. Then send the written application, a 3 to 5 page letter, and a photo ID, and pay the $35 background check. If you pass, pay $500 to hold a bed. A court may need to accept the request before payment of the first month and the medical exam.
