Nonprofit arts groups that are an independent 501(c)(3) or have an established fiscal sponsor, have run at least three years, have an arts mission, and offer public arts programs. They must be based in and mainly serve the 11-county area, with a yearly budget of $5,000 to $15,000,000, and not be a subsidiary of another organization. Individuals and for-profit companies cannot apply.
