Who this is for
You may use this if your child is 18 or younger, has an active cancer diagnosis, is in treatment, and lives with parents or guardians in the U.S. You cannot apply for the Orange Envelope and the All-Star Fund at the same time, and you must wait 12 months between All-Star Fund applications.
How to apply
Fill out the application online (no paper form), with a clear copy of the bill and your pediatric oncology social worker's contact information. Approval news comes by email. The fund mails a gift card to you or mails a payment straight to the company you owe. Wait twelve months after an award before applying again.
