This scale determines a family’s ability to pay.Those who are interested can start by accessing Children 1st by completing the Children 1st Screening and Referral Form. Anyone can make a referral to Babies Can’t Wait, including but not limited to parents, physicians, childcare providers, teachers, social workers and other pediatric clinicians.
