Cost & format
for the pre-filing bankruptcy counseling session or pre-discharge bankruptcy education course is $50 for single or joint filers. MMI will waive the bankruptcy pre-filing counseling or pre-discharge bankruptcy education course fee for consumers whose household income meets the eligibility requirements. Services are available online, over the phone, and in-person in select locations.
