Who this is for
You must be 18 or older, own and live in a single-family home, and have been there at least 6 months. The water bill must be in your name, with a single residential account that has gone through six billing cycles. Your yearly income must be at or under the limit for your household size: $60,200 for 1 person, up to $113,550 for 8. Your account cannot be more than 5 months past due, or you must have made two recent monthly payments in a row. Renters, landlords, businesses, apartment buildings, duplexes, triplexes and homes on master meters cannot apply.
