You may join if you care for a child who had a lung or heart transplant. Some bereaved parents, young adult recipients, caregivers, and teens can also take part after the child's social worker checks.
How to apply
Fill out the form on the Caregiver Connect page. Your child's social worker is contacted to confirm you. Once confirmed, you get a link the day before the session.
