Cost & format
for the Pre-Filing Credit Counseling services is $20.00 for single or joint filers. By phone, the fee for the counseling services is $25.00 for single or joint filers. A client may receive a fee waiver or reduced fee if the annual household income meets our income guidelines or if the client is receiving pro bono legal representation for their bankruptcy filing. Approval for a waiver of the counseling fees must be applied for and received before the course is started. Refunds will not be given after the fact.
