You have a pending misdemeanor or felony case in Fulton or DeKalb County. GJP does not take federal charges, post-conviction habeas, traffic violations, or charges outside those two counties. If the person is in jail, a friend or family member may call.
How to apply
Call (404) 827-0027 ext. 231 or email IntakeDefense@GJP.org. Fill out an application. You may be interviewed. GJP then sends a letter saying whether it can take your case.
