You can use this if you cannot pay for dental care and are over 65, have a permanent disability, or need dental care for a medical reason. In Georgia, you may also apply if your county is on the list. Veterans who fit the rules may apply even if their county is closed.
How to apply
Fill out the whole application online or on paper and send it in, with proof of income and any insurance letters. If you seem eligible you go on the waitlist and get a notice within a month. When your turn comes, the coordinator calls you and refers you to a volunteer dentist. Final acceptance comes after the first visit with the dentist.
