You can use this if you live in DeKalb, Gwinnett, Rockdale, or Newton County, are in a crisis, and meet the income limits. You need ID and Social Security cards for everyone in your home, proof of income for the last 30 days for adults, and papers that show the need, like a lease or utility bill. You can use it 1 time per program year.
How to apply
Fill out the online screening form first. If you cannot use the internet, call for a phone screening. If the screening shows you may qualify, you get an appointment and meet with a case worker. Have all your papers ready before the appointment.
