Who this is for
Georgia children in foster, relative, kinship, grandparent or fictive kin care who get no foster pay or only the base amount (or similar SSI). The caregiver must be a U.S. citizen. Proof of placement is checked. Youth who left foster care within two years and live on their own or are in school can also get help. Birth parents cannot live in the home for relative care.
