You may use this if you are a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident and a first-time homebuyer. You must live or work in Cobb, Douglas, or Paulding County for at least 1 year and live on your own for at least 1 year. You also must meet income limits, show a housing need, finish 200 sweat-equity hours, and complete homeowner education.
