Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident who owns a home in Cobb County, Douglas County, the City of Dallas or the City of Hiram. Must be 60 or older, a US veteran, active duty or reservist, or the spouse of a deceased veteran. Must be willing to do 16 sweat equity hours, and household income must fall within Habitat's limits (for one person, $24,750 to $66,000).
