You must meet the income and credit/debt rules and keep at least $500 in a daily balance for 6 months.
How to apply
Watch the information session video and fill out the interest form during the monthly window. A few forms are picked at random. Then meet virtually with Family Services, bring documents to an in-person application appointment, and have a home interview with the Family Selection Committee.
