Our multilingual staff provides immigration legal services to help eligible persons and their families obtain legal status and citizenship and provides legal representation in removal proceedings.Services provided:- Legal representation We provide representation in the following types of immigration cases:- Family-based applications- Adjustment of Status- Renewal of Lawful Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)- Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence - Naturalization and Citizenship- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - Asylum - Special Immigrant Juvenile Status - Immigrant Visa Petition under the Violence Against Women Act - Humanitarian Based ApplicationsFees for our legal services are assessed on a sliding scale based on household income. We screen all clients to determine eligibility for fee waivers.
