Who this is for
Youth with severe emotional behavioral health diagnosis; ages 6-18; high-risk behaviors within the past 6 months; placed out of home at least once within the past year. The site says they cannot accept commercial insurance referrals and do not accept referrals where the primary feature is developmental disability, such as autism spectrum disorder, or conduct disorder.
