Who this is for
Applicant must live in the United States or a U.S. territory, meet income limits at or below 300% FPL, have not previously received this Komen financial assistance award, and be in active treatment for stage 0-3 breast cancer diagnosed in the last 24 months or be living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Medical documentation on official letterhead and household income/payment information are required.
