Who this is for
Must be 18 or older, have a documented neurodevelopmental disability, and be seizure-free for one year. Must be able to work on their own after training, work at least a 4-hour shift, have a support person or family, and arrange their own rides. A school program, transition program or past work experience is expected. People who would need a job coach with them all the time are not a fit.
How to apply
Request an application online as an individual/family or as a referral source (paper applications are no longer taken). Then comes a screening that includes an interview, a parent or guardian meeting and an on-site job assessment. An Admissions Committee makes the final decision.
