Who this is for
You can use this if you are a City of Atlanta homeowner living in Beltline subareas 1, 2, 9, or 10, and your home is in the west and southwest neighborhoods. Your household income must be below the 2025 HUD Metro Atlanta area median income for your household size, and you must have bought and lived in the home before March 2017 and still live there now.
How to apply
Fill out a pre-registration form first. The program checks your address, income, and how long you have owned and lived in the home. If approved, you get the full application with instructions for sending your documents.
