Men age 35 or older sent by a partner agency. Needs a negative TB test from the last 6 months and a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours before the referral. Income can't be over $1,200 a month. No sexual offenses in the person's background.
How to apply
A partner agency, such as the VA or DeKalb County Coordinated Entry, makes the referral. The agency must email the required forms before the man arrives. Without them he may be turned away.
