Cost & format
for the orthodontic treatment -- participating orthodontists and orthodontic manufacturing companies donate their service, including the cost of one set of retainers. The only fees incurred are an initial $20 non-refundable application fee and a $480 investment fee to cover that of the program.Please submit all required documentation via email or fax. The application process is competitive and not all qualified applicants will be guaranteed a scholarship.
