Must live in Bartow, Cobb, Carroll, Cherokee, Douglas, Paulding, or Pickens County; have a current cancer diagnosis certified by a healthcare provider; be in active treatment, finished active treatment within the last 18 months, or be in hospice after declining active treatment; and have a financial crisis caused by cancer.
