Who this is for
Anyone with a current or past ovarian cancer diagnosis. The newly diagnosed group is for diagnosis within the past 12 months. The young adult group is for those diagnosed at ages 18 to 39.
How to apply
Fill out the sign-up form on the Teal Hearts Network page. You are asked to talk or meet with the Market/Regional Manager before attending.
