Cost & format
in the amount of $15. Seniors whose annual incomes meet or exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level pay $4 per trip; a $1 cost share will remain for any senior whose annual income falls below 249% FPL. Seniors must have a credit card, debit card, or prepaid debit card on file. Charges are billed monthly. Participants may have no more than 8 rides per month with mileage limits of 15 miles for medical appointments and 10 miles for other trips (shopping, banking, social activities, etc.). Participants may take only one round-trip per day.
