Your gas account must be with one of the certified marketers (Constellation Natural Gas, Stream Energy, Fuel Georgia, Town Square Energy, Gas South, True Natural Gas, Georgia Natural Gas, Walton EMC Natural Gas, Scana Energy, or XOOM Energy). Household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
