Who this is for
You can use this if you are a Post-9/11 veteran, on active duty, in the Reserves, or in the National Guard. You must be in a VA hospital or in a mental health, rehab, or drug and alcohol program. You must live in the United States. You must show a state ID, a DD214 or a Statement of Service, VA papers about an injury or disability, a note from a doctor, therapist, or case manager, and the monthly bill you want paid. If you want rent help, you also need a lease and a landlord W-9.
