Post-9/11 veterans, active duty service members, Reservists, and National Guard members in VA hospitals or mental health, rehabilitation, or substance abuse programs; must live in the United States, show state ID, DD214 or Statement of Service, VA injury/disability documentation, a letter from a doctor, therapist, or case manager, and the monthly bill requested for payment. Rental help also requires a lease and landlord W-9.
