Cost & format
plus the cost of the contraception. The medical abortion is often used before 11 weeks of pregnancy. The cost for this service is $250-$600 depending on if it is a video visit or in-clinic. The surgical abortion is offered up to 13 weeks from the last period. The in-office procedure costs $550-$700. This provider partners with abortion funds to offer financial assistance to those who qualify, and accept health insurance for in-person appointments.
