Who this is for
Live in Union City, Fairburn, Palmetto, College Park, East Point, Hapeville, City of South Fulton or Chattahoochee Hills, and show a need. You cannot have had help from Zion Hill CDC in the last 12 months. Bring IDs for all adults and proof of all household income. For rapid rehousing, bring a Welcome Letter; for a motel stay, you must be willing to stay in Union City.
