Live in one of these South Fulton cities: Union City, Fairburn, Palmetto, College Park, East Point, Hapeville, City of South Fulton or Chattahoochee Hills. You cannot have received any help from Zion Hill CDC in the past 12 months. Bring IDs for all adults and proof of all household income. For rapid rehousing, bring a welcome letter showing your first month's rent and deposit. For a motel stay, you must be willing to stay in Union City.
