The Youth Reach Out Program (YROP) is a community nonprofit serving low-income neighborhoods across metro Atlanta. Poverty 2 Prosperity PS is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2020, that helps Georgia families move out of poverty toward financial stability. They offer food assistance, financial planning and credit-building help, first-time homebuyer preparation, and a youth program that teaches budgeting, saving, and life skills.

This is the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Primary Care Clinic inside Hughes Spalding Hospital in downtown Atlanta. Doctors and nurses here are the regular pediatrician ("medical home") for kids and teens from birth to age 18. They do checkups, shots, sick visits, school and sports physicals, and help manage ongoing health problems, with an in-house pharmacy on site.

Parent to Parent of Georgia (P2P Georgia) is a statewide nonprofit that supports families and individuals impacted by disabilities or special health care needs, from birth to age 26. They match families with trained parent volunteers who have been through similar situations, run support groups and training, and offer a free online Special Needs Database with thousands of local resources and providers.

Rainbow Village helps families with children who are homeless or about to lose their housing. They give families a safe place to live for up to two years, plus support like case management, life-skills classes, counseling, job and money coaching, and after-school programs for the kids. The goal is to help each family become stable and find permanent housing.

Blackyard Chickenz, run by Reec Swiney through the nonprofit Positive American Youth and Swiney Farms, is a small farm and licensed farm-animal rescue that teaches kids and families about raising chickens and other animals. They bring rescued animals to schools, host a petting zoo and learning center, and run sensory programs for children with autism or learning disabilities and healing programs for veterans with PTSD. They also sell pasture-raised eggs and baby farm animals.

Right Side Up is a free, long-term residential addiction recovery program for women with substance use disorders who have young children (under age 13). Part of MARR Addiction Treatment Centers, the roughly six-month program lets moms live on-site with up to two children and includes counseling, trauma recovery, parenting classes, job-skills training, medical care, and therapeutic childcare. Pregnant women and IV drug users get priority for a bed.

ISDD (Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage & Disability) helps grandparents and other relatives who are raising children, especially children with disabilities or special health needs. Their main program, Project GRANDD, offers free support groups, one-on-one case management, help with school plans (IEP/504) and legal guardianship, tutoring, respite care, and limited food and clothing assistance. The goal is to keep kids out of foster care by supporting the family members already caring for them.
