They provide low-cost primary care, mental health and psychiatric care, substance use treatment, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing and prevention. They also help people living with HIV through support groups and housing assistance.

The home, on 36 acres in Jasper, GA, also offers transitional sober housing for men who have finished treatment or are in drug court.
