Credit Counseling & the 700 ClubService

Three one-on-one sessions teach you how to read a credit report and what shapes your score. You also learn about debt, your consumer rights, and how to set money goals. You get worksheets, guides, and sample letters to credit bureaus.

First Time Homebuyer's WorkshopProgram

A 6 to 8 hour class on the home buying process, budgeting, credit, and the do's and don'ts of the industry. Real estate agents, inspectors, and insurance experts share advice. The home page says classes are HUD-certified, offered online and in person, and give a certificate most lenders accept.

Foreclosure Prevention and Home PreservationService

Free help for homeowners at risk of losing their home. HUD-certified housing counselors speak up for families, negotiate with lenders, and look at every option to help people stay in their homes.

Homebuyer's ClubProgram

A 6 to 18 month program for future homeowners who face credit or money challenges. Members work with housing counselors on budgeting, savings, and credit.

Lease-Purchase ProgramProgram

A path for people who need more time to improve credit, savings, or money history before they can get a mortgage. Members join monthly workshops and one-on-one counseling and aim to be mortgage-ready within 12 months or less. They may move into a property in as little as 2 to 3 months while still in the program.
