Affordable HousingProgram

Below-market-rent housing for up to 16 families, for up to 3 years. Each family works with a Client Advisor on school, career, money, and family stability so they can rent at market rate or buy a home later.

Case management, financial education and job coachingService

Each family works one-on-one with a mentor to set goals and track them. Goals cover money, credit, savings, and moving toward a better-paying job and a permanent home. Families also have life skills sessions.

Kids Summer ProgrammingProgram

A summer camp for 48 homeless and at-risk children, with small-group learning, swim lessons, daily recreation, and counseling. It is built for kids who have faced instability and trauma.

Temporary housing with support for working familiesService

Housing for up to 23 families, for up to 2 years, with wrap-around support. Families set goals such as saving money, building credit, and moving to a permanent home.

Volunteering (HomeStretch Heroes)Program

People and groups can volunteer as financial coaches, family mentors, guest speakers, office helpers, event helpers, and property and yard helpers. Some roles are monthly and some are one-time projects.

Youth ServicesProgram

Programs for children and youth on the HomeStretch campus. They include homework help, tutoring, life skills, activities during school breaks, and summer programs.
