Connection Cafes are a safe, friendly place for people living with dementia and their care partners to meet and socialize. Senior Services North Fulton has cafes at its Roswell and Crabapple senior centers.

Friendly Visitor ProgramProgram

Volunteers are paired with older adults who want companionship. Most visit once or twice a month for an hour or two.

Homemaker ServicesService

Light housekeeping for tasks that have become hard or risky for a senior, such as vacuuming, laundry, and cleaning the bathroom. Usually once a week.

Meals on Wheels - Home DeliveredService

Volunteers bring meals to the homes of older adults on weekdays. Meals can fit different diets, such as renal, vegetarian, or mechanical soft.

Meals on Wheels for PetsService

This program helps seniors feed and care for their pets. It helps people buy all or part of their monthly pet food and cat litter.

Pantry to YouService

Volunteers bring nonperishable groceries from the North Fulton Community Charities food pantry to some Meals on Wheels clients. It happens twice a month.

Personal Care AssistanceService

A certified nursing assistant helps with bathing. Hours are set by a care management assessment, usually one hour, two or three times a week.
