Who this is for
You must be 18 to 26 and have a valid Georgia ID. You need a mental health, substance use, or both kinds of condition. You must have a high school diploma or GED (send a copy) and two reference letters, which cannot come from family. You need one year between diagnosis and applying. If you have a substance use condition, you need one year without use. You must be well grounded in recovery and able to manage your own care.
How to apply
Download and fill out the CPS-Y application. Get two letters of recommendation. Send them in as the CPS-Y page directs, or use the registration link. Everyone must pass a test to become certified.
