Who this is for
First-time home buyers who cannot get a regular mortgage. Must have a real need for better housing, be willing to put in 250 hours of work and 10+ workshops, and be able to pay a mortgage. Must be a Legal Permanent Resident and have lived or worked in the county for 12 months. Need one year of continuous income, a credit score of 620 or better, and income within the HUD guidelines for family size.
